Shipping Locations

We currently ship from Stockholm, Sweden to:
Sweden and the following European countries:
Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Spain.

Carriers

All orders are shipped using PostNord or DHL, depending on destination and order size.
You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Sweden: 1–3 business days

• Rest of Europe: 4–9 business days

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination country, customs procedures, or courier delays.

Shipping Costs

• Sweden:

  • Free shipping on orders over 500 SEK

  • Orders under 500 SEK — shipping cost calculated at checkout

• Europe:

  • Free shipping on orders over €80

  • Orders under €80 — shipping cost calculated at checkout

Customs & Duties

For orders shipped within the EU, no additional customs fees or import taxes apply.
For countries outside the EU (if applicable in future), local import duties may be charged.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at Nilethebrand@gmail.com and we’ll help track your shipment with PostNord or DHL.
